These Terms & Conditions govern access to Exceloz websites, products and services. Additional terms displayed by Shopify or another distribution platform may also apply to purchases or installations made through that platform.
1. Eligibility and authority
If you install or purchase a product for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and to grant the permissions required for the product to operate.
2. Products and third-party platforms
Some Exceloz products integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own agreements. Features may depend on APIs, permissions and functionality made available by those platforms.
3. RecycleBin
RecycleBin is designed to preserve deleted Shopify product information for a 30-day recovery window and provide restoration tools. Successful restoration can depend on current Shopify APIs, permissions, data availability and store state. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate business records and backups for information outside the app's stated scope.
4. Plans, trials and billing
Current RecycleBin pricing and plan availability are displayed in Shopify's billing flow and App Store listing. Shopify processes app subscription charges where applicable. A cancellation, downgrade, uninstall or plan change is subject to Shopify's billing rules and the timing shown in the Shopify admin.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Exceloz services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, use the service to violate another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Exceloz retains all rights in its software, branding, website content and documentation except for rights expressly granted to you or owned by third parties. Merchants retain rights in their store data and content.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or third parties from security risks, abuse or legal violations.
8. Warranties
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party platforms will always provide the APIs or functionality on which an integration depends. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exceloz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using a service at any time, subject to platform billing rules. We may terminate or restrict access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment where applicable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
